Was the Colombian EPL infiltrated by the CIA as early as 1965?
Or did the CIA just get this
apparently very accurate info through torture? This doesn't look
like telephone intercepts.
Note: The Ejército Popular
de Liberación -EPL- was the guerrilla arm of the "pro-Chinese" PCC-ML.
